I'm been making my own bread for a couple of months, and I'm finally starting to get it!!! I could already tell, by the way the dough felt between my fingers, that I GOT IT.
And when I pulled a piece of with my finger and saw the steam rise and curl, oh so slowly...and I took the first bite...OOoohh bread 'gasm.
In my mouth
Like a nuclear explosion of taste, taste buds lying a'wasted, in ruin
destroyed by a state of perpetual bliss...so GOOD...
